• Message content — the text of messages sent to and received from our messaging numbers.

We use the information we collect to:

• Deliver and manage text messages sent by our AI-powered business communication tool on behalf of the account holder.
• Facilitate scheduling confirmations, appointment reminders, task updates, and business-related notifications as directed by the account holder.
• Process opt-out requests (STOP) and help requests (HELP).
• Maintain and improve the reliability of our messaging services.

3. Information Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

• Service providers — we use Twilio to deliver text messages. Twilio processes your phone number and message content solely to transmit messages on our behalf, subject to Twilio's Privacy Policy.
• Legal requirements — we may disclose information if required by law, regulation, or legal process.

• Message and data rates — standard message and data rates may apply. Contact your wireless carrier for details.
• Opt-out — you may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. You will receive a single confirmation and no further messages will be sent unless you re-initiate contact.
